Dr. Hauschka recommends daily use of its skin care products. Cleansers can be used in the morning and evening to exfoliate the skin and remove any pore-clogging matter. When using one of the cleansers, such as Cleansing Cream or Cleansing Milk, press the cleanser gently into the skin on the neck and face. While the skin is still moist from the cleanser, spray Facial Toner or Clarifying Toner onto the neck and face, and gently rub it into the skin.

Complete the skin care regimen with one or a combination of Dr. Hauschka moisturizers, either Moisturizing Day Cream, Quince or Rose Day Cream. The cream is massaged into the moist facial skin.

Those with oily skin can use Normalizing Day Oil to cut down on excess skin oil and diminish the appearance of blemishes. This oil also helps protect the skin from temperatures at both ends of the spectrum.

For people with normal, dry or sensitive skin, Dr. Hauschka recommends Toned Day Cream to smooth out any skin irregularities and give the face a healthy shine. Want a slightly tan look? You can mix Dr. Hauschka's Toned Bronze Concentrate with moisturizer to get the shade you like, and then apply the concentrate in the mornings. The concentrate can help minimize the appearance of skin impurities.

Rosemary Arm and Leg Toner can be applied before and after workouts to relax the limbs; after vigorous exercise, one of the eight Dr. Hauschka Aromatherapy Body Oils can help loosen tight muscles.

To promote healthy skin from the inside, Dr. Hauschka also recommends two dietary supplements. Two teaspoons a day of Delicious Siliceous with Pollen, taken on their own or mixed into food or liquid, can help relieve dry skin, the company maintains. Inner Cosmetic, which comes in capsules, "acts as an internal cleanser for all skin conditions," according to the company, and is beneficial to people with oily skin. The recommended dosage is three capsules in the evening.
